Monster Chapter 2 Summary : Kill
Dr. Kenzo Tenma is urgently called to the hospital after a horrific crime. The Liebert family has been brutally murdered—Michael and his wife are dead, their son Johan has been shot in the head, and their daughter Anna, though physically unharmed, suffers from amnesia due to the trauma.
Meanwhile, Tenma is preparing for his upcoming marriage to Eva Heinemann and expresses gratitude to her father, hospital director Udo Heinemann, for shaping his medical career in Germany. However, upon reaching the hospital, he is confronted with a moral dilemma. Dr. Oppenheim informs him that Heinemann has ordered him to operate on Mayor Roedecker, who has collapsed from cerebral thrombosis.
Defying the director’s orders, Tenma chooses to operate on Johan instead, prioritizing the boy who arrived first. This decision marks a turning point in his life—one that will have profound consequences.
